The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)

CEQA, or the California Environmental Quality Act, is a statute that requires state and local agencies to identify the significant environmental impacts of their actions and to avoid or mitigate those impacts, if feasible.

On October 12, 2016, The Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District certified the Mt. SAC 2015 Facilities Master Plan Update (FMPU) and Physical Education Projects (PEP) Subsequent Program and Project Final Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) via Resolution No. 16-02.

On October 12, 2016, The Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District authorized exemption from Local Zoning Ordinances for the Physical Education Projects (PEP) via Resolution No. 16-03.

CEQA Thresholds of Significance

On May 11, 2016, The Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District approved and adopted the Mt. SAC 2016 CEQA Thresholds of Significance via Resolution No. 15-09.

Addendum to 2012 FEIR

On January 13, 2016, The Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District approved the Environmental Impact Report Addendum and the Revised Mitigation Measures for the West Parcel Solar Project via Action Item No. 2.
